You can Check the status of your order by logging to your account and then clicking on the current order, this will then display at what stage your order is at.

Login to your account, Click on "My Account", then click on either "View the orders I have made." or "Show All Orders" then select your current order.

The Status of your order will then be set to one of the following options:-

Payment Pending

This is the first status of an order, this means we have received the order and must confirm payment via whatever your desired payment method was, e.g. paypal, Credit Card, Money Order, Bank Transfer, etc, etc,

Payment Received

This means we have received payment for your order via your preferred payment method, your order will then be updated to Processing

Processing.

This means your order has payment confirmed, your Pick Sheet or Invoice has been printed and in currently being picked and packaged and nearly ready for to be dispatched.

Dispatched

This means your order has been Dispatched and should be with you shortly, at this point you will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched and depending on what delivery option you selected this may also include a tracking number. If you did not get this email it is advised to check your bulk mail, junk mail or spam folder. The email will come form "mail@mediawrite.ie"

It may also be advisable to add this mail address to your address book.

Refunded

This means your order has been canceled and a Refunded issued.

Canceled

This means your order has been canceled and a Refunded will be issued shortly.

Awaiting Stock

This means we are currently out of stock of an item you ordered and stock of this item is due in within a reasonable time frame. Usually 1-2 Days. Otherwise you will be contacted and if we cannot get true to you your order will be updated to "Awaiting Customer Response"

Awaiting Customers Response

This means we have emailed or tried ringing you and not been able to get in contact with you regarding your order. the email will detail what action is required on your part if any.

When the status of your order changes you may also receive an email to inform you, If you have not got this email please check your bulk mail, junk mail or spam folder. The email will be sent from "mail@mediawrite.ie" It may also be advisable to add this mail address to your address book.
